Milestone Alert: Green Harvest Capital Concurrently Completes 6th & 7th Acquisitions

Green Harvest Capital (GHC), a multi-family housing real estate group based in Northeast Ohio, has completed its 6th and 7th acquisitions of multi-family assets since its launch in mid-2019. The portfolio of 283 units, which are part of GHC’s 5th project, called Project View, were acquired in two separate transactions with two private sellers. The acquired portfolio consists of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and are 99% occupied at closing.

The acquisitions expand GHC’s presence to the western suburbs of Northeast Ohio and complement GHC’s broad portfolio consisting of multifamily assets around Shaker Height’s popular Van Aken district, Akron’s trendy Highland Square neighborhood and the lakefront city of Euclid.

The recent endeavor demonstrates GHC’s belief in their model and the consistent market for workforce housing in Northeast Ohio. Moreover, the acquisitions align with the firm’s initiative to establish geographical areas in its footprint while offering modernized assets that prioritize safety, connectivity, and value for tenants.
