Bob Murray Joins GHC As President, GHC Living
Green Harvest Capital, LLC (GHC) is excited to announce the hiring of Bob Murray as President of the newly established, GHC Living.
GHC Living will have property management and construction management oversight of GHC’s 8 acquisitions and 5 projects spanning Northeast Ohio. In his role, Murray will provide strategic leadership in all areas of the business as GHC continues to manage and acquire multi-family assets in the region.
Bob has held the role of President or other senior positions at several multi-family organizations over the past 20 years and has many years of experience in the Northeast Ohio market. His breadth of experience managing thousand-unit plus portfolios fits nicely with GHC’s rapid growth.
Most recently, Murray served as President leading a multi-state apartment and retail firm portfolio where he delivered performance, service, and culture transformation. Bob’s attention to detail, leadership and customer service experience has led to continuous NOI improvement and satisfied customers throughout his career.

As a thought leader in the real estate community, Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from William & Mary, and a masters from Virginia Tech. He is a Certified Property Manager.
