We start by installing a Mesh Network in our B & C class assets. We will capture the spend with our tenants and at the same time improve utility efficiencies for ourselves. Relatively inexpensive tech adds increase tenant retention, improve NOI through utility savings and increase overall property value. GHC’s tenants will be able to interface with Google, Alexa or Nest personal devices to create value, making the property into a connected home ecosystem. 

We will initially focus on energy saving devices:

  • WIFI

  • Smart Thermostats

  • LED Lighting

  • New HVAC systems.

In the near future we plan to add smart door locks and smart electrical outlets that will enhance our tenants lifestyle and provide peace of mind.
