George Moy Joins GHC As EVP, Finance & Development

Green Harvest Capital, LLC (GHC) is excited to announce the hiring of George Moy as Executive Vice President, Finance & Development.

Mr. Moy will help execute the firm’s strategic plan and oversee multiple functional areas within Green Harvest Capital, GHC Living, and GHC Construction Services, GHC’s three primary entities. He will have an integral role in the growth, direction, and success of GHC utilizing his 25 years in financial services in which he focused on real estate investment and development including multi-family, office, retail, self-storage, and industrial projects. His leadership experience includes management and oversight of all business activities in the Northeast Ohio metropolitan market, regulatory compliance, and P&L performance of a regional banking platform.

George began his career as a college student at John Carroll University while working on his BSBA in Management. During college, he worked at KeyBank in customer service and eventually was part of the Corporate Banking Management Associate Program (CBMAP). The CBMAP had a focus on Commercial Credit and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) via the Institutional Lending Group (REIT) and Community Development Lending & Investment (CDLI).  During his 15 years with KeyBank, he also earned his M.B.A. in Finance. George is also an alumnus of Saint Ignatius High School and active with the school via the Alumni Network and the Saint Ignatius Entrepreneur Academy (SIEntA). He is serving or has served on the boards of The Union Club of Cleveland, Cleveland Central Catholic, and The Collaborative to End Human Trafficking. George and his wife Lorrie live in Bay Village, Ohio with their two sons GT and Patrick.
